Not to mention what man diet pills do to your liver, kidneys, pancreas and other internal organs. However, I do take supplements such as fish oils, B vitamins, protein shake, and a mult-vitamin. I also exercise 4- times a week, which I plan on doing for the rest of my life.I at one time have taken diet pills but found out that whatever I did to lose the weight, I had to continue to do for the rest of my life. Easy to take just one a day with breakfast. first couple of days my mouth was dry but i kept drinking lots of water. I haven't really done any excersie i have tried eating healthy but haven't been strict with myself. I lost nearly a stone in the first month i am continuing to loose weight at a slower rate now and have no problems with the dry mouth.I have been taking lipro diet pills i bought off amazon.
